professional required by the regulations in force for the execution of these works in order to follow the regular progress of the construction site. Mainly
the Director of Works has the role of directing one or more persons in the execution of specific works aimed at carrying out a previously approved project
by a client and possibly also approved by the Public Administration if subject to current laws; The Director of Works has the task of drafting the progress of works or, if prepared by the construction company, the control and endorsement of the latter; the validation of any technical changes to improve the project; verification of the correct execution of the works; the drafting of the meeting minutes and any service orders;
of the site audit reports, carried out personally or entrusted to third parties; the issue of certificates such as proper installation, proper execution of the work or others required by law.

Construction and prefabrication

Extraordinary maintenance and assistance is a more thorough and incisive maintenance carried out in companies and workshops following a maintenance schedule or when closing companies.

Certifications of networks and plants
Sinergia Srl verifies that the plant realized meets certain requirements according to the reference standard. It is important to make sure that the system meets the legal requirements, since the "network equipment" is built to deliver their performance on standard wiring. That is to say that they have been designed assuming to be connected with cables and systems characterized by static and dynamic electrical parameters as described in the official legal texts.
